We are looking for a friendly and motivated
Relocation Consultant
to join our team in beautiful
Luxembourg
. In this role, you'll support expats and their families as they move to or from Luxembourg, helping them settle in smoothly and feel at home from day one.

If you are enthusiastic about working with clients from different cultures and background, you can navigate administrative tasks, are detail-oriented and organized, this opportunity might be the right one for you

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Get to know each client's unique needs through personal consultations and tailor your support accordingly.
  • Guide clients through the entire relocation process starting from residence permits to finding a new home, and everything in between.
  • Share your knowledge about life in Luxembourg, including schools, healthcare, neighborhoods, and cultural tips.
  • Coordinate with local service providers, real estate agents, schools, and authorities to ensure a smooth relocation process
  • Provide warm, reliable support throughout the process and be there to solve any bumps along the way.
  • Keep up with the latest relocation and immigration regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in relocation services, human resources or hospitality is a big plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Luxembourg, especially the housing market and local amenities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Warm, empathetic and approachable attitude.
  • A natural problem-solver who can juggle several tasks without losing the big picture
  • Fluent in
    English
    and
    French
    (other languages are a bonus).
  • A candidate who is comfortable driving a manual car and holds a valid driving license.
