Vos missions

  • Vous soutenez le Process Owner dans la gestion quotidienne et l'évolution des applications du processus de raccordement, tout en étant le point de contact pour toute question liée au processus
  • Vous participez à la digitalisation et à l'optimisation du processus dans le respect des normes légales et réglementaires
  • Vous mettez à jour continuellement le processus : vous rédigez guides, manuels et descriptions claires pour informer les centres régionaux et parties prenantes
  • Vous assurez le suivi de la qualité du processus de bout en bout, de la demande client à la clôture du dossier
  • Vous collaborez avec les centres régionaux pour identifier besoins et améliorations
  • Vous suivez et partagez les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et accompagnez les utilisateurs lors des évolutions des processus ou applications

Votre profil

  • Détenteur d'un diplôme de technicien ou équivalent en électrotechnique et/ou énergie renouvelable
  • Une première expérience dans la gestion de processus ou le suivi opérationnel, idéalement dans le secteur de l'énergie est appréciable
  • De nature rigoureux, vous avez le sens de l'organisation et êtes reconnu pour vos compétences rédactionnelles
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents acteurs internes et externes font partie de vos atouts
  • Maîtrise des langues luxembourgeoise, française, allemande. La maîtrise de l'anglais sera considérée comme un atout
