Ce rôle stratégique s'adresse à un profil expérimenté souhaitant évoluer dans une fonction combinant pilotage opérationnel, management d'équipe et relation client, avec un réel impact sur l'organisation et la qualité des services délivrés.

Votre role:

  • Supervision et gestion d'un portefeuille de structures corporate (SOPARFI, holdings, titrisations)
  • Revue et validation de la comptabilité statutaire et des comptes annuels (Lux GAAP)
  • Pilotage des clôtures comptables et coordination des audits
  • Point de contact principal pour les clients, auditeurs et autres parties prenantes
  • Encadrement, coaching et développement d'une équipe de comptables
  • Garantie de la qualité des livrables et du respect des délais
  • Contribution à l'optimisation des processus internes et à l'amélioration continu

Votre profil:

  • 8 à 12 ans d'expérience en comptabilité corporate au Luxembourg
  • Expertise confirmée en SOPARFI, holdings et structures de titrisations obligatoire
  • Solide expérience en revue de comptes et en management d'équipe
  • À l'aise dans un rôle client-facing et de conseil
  • Français et anglais courants (toute autre langue est un avantage)
  • Leadership naturel, structuré, avec une approche pragmatique et qualitative
