  • Apporter un support paralegal au sein d'une équipe juridique spécialisée en fonds d'investissement
  • Intervenir sur des projets liés à la restructuration et à l'évolution de gammes de fonds
  • Participer à la rédaction, la revue et la mise à jour de prospectus et de documentation juridique fonds
  • Assister les juristes sur les aspects opérationnels et réglementaires liés aux structures de fonds
  • Contribuer au suivi et à l'organisation de la documentation légale

Votre profil :

  • Formation juridique avec une première expérience ou exposition en funds / investment funds
  • Profil junior paralegal ou équivalent, à l'aise avec des missions opérationnelles
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, le néerlandais constituant un atout apprécié
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant
  • Bon sens de l'organisation, rigueur et attention aux détails
  • Disponibilité rapide et adaptabilité
