About the Role:For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern who will be reporting directly to the Commercial Transformation Project Manager inside our Sales Business Development function.
Main Responsibilities:You will support the Commercial Transformation Manager by collecting updates on local implementation status and identifying any deviations from rollout plans. Your help will include preparing structured materials to align leadership and maintaining the program roadmap to ensure progress visibility.
Additionally, your role will be to contribute to building resource capacity estimations and help keep documentation accurate and up to date. This will involve organizing information clearly and supporting communication across teams.
Throughout the internship, you will work closely with the Commercial Transformation Manager and collaborate with other regional functions, gaining exposure to project coordination and practical experience in commercial transformation initiatives.
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of September 2026.
You will bring your educational background in Business Administration, Engineering or other relation fields.
You are expected to demonstrate proactivity and natural curiosity, combined with strong analytical thinking to structure and interpret data effectively. Solid project management skills will help you organize tasks and support initiatives, while your ability to adapt and collaborate will ensure smooth progress in a dynamic environment.
Finally, you will bring your knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project with your fluency in English.
