A propos de la mission :
Nous recherchons un Spécialiste des Services Informatiques Internationaux (Support IT Senior) pour renforcer l'équipe technique locale et assurer le support informatique des utilisateurs sur site et à distance.
Vous interviendrez dans un environnement international dynamique, en lien étroit avec les équipes d'infrastructure du siège, et participerez à la maintenance, l'évolution et la fiabilité du parc informatique et des infrastructures locales.
Le poste inclut également une dimension projet (déploiements, déménagements, évolution de l'environnement technique).
Vos principales missions :
- Assurer le support et la maintenance des environnements Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365 et Teams ;
- Gérer la solution MDM pour appareils iOS et Android ;
- Participer à la gestion et à la maintenance de l'infrastructure réseau (dépannage niveau 2, supervision niveau 3) ;
- Maintenir et mettre à jour la CMDB (NetBox) et l'inventaire du matériel et des logiciels ;
- Gérer l'infrastructure d'impression et l'infrastructure systèmes (ESX) en collaboration avec les équipes centrales ;
- Installer, configurer et dépanner les postes de travail, serveurs, commutateurs, et équipements réseau ;
- Assurer le support des environnements Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop) ;
- Gérer les fournisseurs locaux et les contrats, participer à la préparation du budget et aux achats IT ;
- Superviser les opérations techniques lors de déménagements, fermetures ou ouvertures de bureaux ;
- Fournir un support aux Gérants de Fortune Indépendants de la région ;
- Créer et maintenir la documentation technique et le wiki interne ;
- Participer activement à la mise en œuvre de projets IT de groupe et au Plan de Continuité d'Activité (PCA).
Ce que nous attendons de vous :
- Diplôme en informatique, ingénierie ou équivalent (obligatoire) ;
- Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en support technique ou dans une fonction similaire ;
- Excellente maîtrise de Windows 11, Office 365, Teams et des environnements Citrix ;
- Solide expérience dans la gestion et le dépannage d'infrastructures réseau (bonne compréhension du modèle OSI) ;
- Compétences prouvées en gestion MDM (Apple, Android) ;
- Connaissance en gestion de projets IT d'infrastructure ;
- Certifications appréciées : MS-700, CCNA, ITIL, ou équivalentes ;
- Esprit d'analyse, rigueur, sens du service et excellentes capacités de communication ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les équipes centrales et locales ;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ;
