Contexte

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un
Lead Front-End Angular
pour piloter le développement de nos applications web à fort trafic et encadrer l'équipe front.

Missions

  • Définir et faire évoluer l'architecture Front-End (Angular)
  • Être référent technique Angular au sein de l'équipe
  • Encadrer et accompagner les développeurs front (code reviews, bonnes pratiques, mentoring)
  • Participer activement au développement de fonctionnalités complexes
  • Garantir la qualité du code, la performance et l'accessibilité
  • Collaborer étroitement avec le Product Owner, l'UX/UI et le Back-End
  • Mettre en place et maintenir les standards (tests, CI/CD, documentation)

Stack technique

  • Angular (v14+)
  • TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx
  • HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS
  • Tests : Jasmine, Karma, Cypress
  • Git, CI/CD
  • REST APIs / GraphQL (selon contexte)

Profil recherché

  • Minimum
    6 ans d'expérience
    en développement Front-End
  • Solide expertise
    Angular
  • Expérience confirmée en
    lead technique ou référent Front
  • Bonne culture de l'architecture front et des performances web
  • Sens du leadership, pédagogie et esprit d'équipe
  • Autonomie, rigueur et force de proposition

Bonus

  • Expérience micro-frontends
  • Connaissance d'un framework CSS (Tailwind, Material, Bootstrap)
  • Sensibilité UX/UI
  • Expérience en environnement Agile / Scrum
