For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.
Below are the details of your role and requirements.
Your role:
- Support the Corporate IT team across multiple IT topics and learning areas.
- Assist with Azure budget tracking and cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor ticket quality and SLA compliance for both Cloud and Onsite service
providers.
- Provide end-user support, including floorwalking, VIP assistance, and general IT help
in designated areas.
- Provide ad-hoc support for video conferences and events.
- Support Facilities Management (FM) in IT-related tasks such as business analysis,
requirements gathering, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation aftercare

Technical Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Corporate IT area with Microsoft Cloud.
- Experience with VIP customer support and day-to-day activities.
ESM_ Subject Matter Expert
- Experience with video conferencing equipment, including video walls and large
conference setups (up to 20 VIPs).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint; knowledge of Azure is a plus.
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent.
