Function

•     Solution Finding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions that match customer requirement by developing concepts, verification and drawings.

•     Concept Presentation: Create persuasive proposal and presentations

•     Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with our solution, industry trends and best practices.

•     Cost Analysis: Conduct comprehensive cost estimate for a variety of projects, ensuring that all variables are considered, and potential risks are identified.

Profile :

•     Prior experience with CAD tool (AutoCAD and Solidworks is mandatory, Catia is an asset).

•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

•     Analytical thinker, innovative mindset and organized.

•     Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

•     Fluent in English and French.

•     Prior experience in material handling products such as automatic cranes, automatic warehouses, conveyor systems and/or material flow simulation is an asset.

•     Prior experience with structural analysis software (R-Stab is an asset).

•     While Solution Engineers primarily work in office environments, they occasionally make visits to support the sales team.
