Au sein de la Direction Légal, Régulatoire et Affaires d'Entreprise, vous occuperez un rôle central dans un environnement stimulant où se rencontrent droit, innovation, technologies et télécommunications.

En tant que DPO, vous serez le point de référence sur les enjeux de protection des données personnelles (GDPR) et la sécurité de l'information, tout en intervenant comme partenaire juridique business sur les projets IT et telecom stratégique.

Vous évoluerez au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine, favorisant la proximité, l'autonomie et la collaboration transverse avec les équipes métiers IT et sécurité.

Vos principales missions :

  • Assumer la fonction de DPO déclaré à la CNPD
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de protection des données personnelles de l'entreprise, incluant la conformité des traitements et la gestion des incidents éventuels.
  • Accompagner les équipes métiers et projets dans l'intégration des exigences RGDP (privacy by design et by default.)
  • Assurer la gouvernance GDPR : tenue des registres de traitements, supervision des politiques, revue des analyses d'impact (DPIA), gestion des demandes de personnes concernées, support en cas d'incident ou de violation des données.
  • Contribuer sur le plan juridique aux sujets liés à la sécurité de l'information, en collaboration avec les équipes IT et sécurité.
  • Apporter un support juridique aux projets internes majeurs, en proposant des solutions pragmatiques et adaptées aux réalités du terrain.
  • Participer à la négociation, à la revue et à la rédaction de contrats IT, digitaux et telecom ; Sécuriser notamment les enjeux liés aux données, à la sécurité et à la conformité réglementaire.

Votre profil :

  • Diplômé(e) en droit (Master en droit, LL.M. ou équivalent) – le CCDL constitue un atout.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en entreprise ou en cabinet en protection des données personnelles (RGPD). Une expérience en tant que DPO ou référent RGPD est un atout ; une forte motivation et ambition à évoluer vers un rôle de DPO confirmé et à élargir votre périmètre de compétences est requis.
  • Esprit analytique, sens du pragmatisme, capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs non juridiques.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe et l'accompagnement.
  • Intérêt réel pour les technologies et l'innovation digitale.
  • Très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et de communication en français et anglais.
