We are supporting one of our trusted partner companies (confidential at this stage) in hiring a Marketing Manager for their fast-moving, startup-style digital assets business.

The selected candidate will be employed directly by the partner company, not by Ziffer.

Please note:

  • This role sits within a fast-moving, highly dynamic startup environment operating in one of the most volatile and unpredictable domains - digital assets, tokenization and Web3 innovation.
  • We are not looking for someone who wants a calm, structured managerial seat.
  • We are looking for a builder, a creator and an entrepreneurial mind who wants to shape a marketing function from the ground up with the ambition to grow into a Head of Marketing role within the next 12 months.

About the Role:

We are a rapidly evolving blockchain-focused organization developing next-generation digital asset products and tokenization infrastructure.

We are searching for an innovative Marketing Manager who will take ownership of the full marketing lifecycle - from brand positioning to lead generation, content strategy and community awareness, while working closely with senior leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in environments where speed, adaptability and creativity matter more than fixed corporate processes.

Key Mission for the Next 6–12 Months:

  • Build a fully functioning, measurable marketing engine, covering brand, performance, content and communications.
  • Create the community engagement strategy, define messaging and tone, launch regular communication cycles, increase follower base and meaningful interactions, convert community awareness into product interest.
  • Create consistent visibility for the company's digital asset products.
  • Strengthen brand positioning in Web3, tokenization, and digital asset markets.
  • Establish predictable marketing processes, metrics, and a foundation for future scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

1). Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, brand, and community channels.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into clear marketing priorities, campaigns, and metrics.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives for tokenized assets and digital investment products.

2). Brand & Content Leadership

  • Define and refine the company's positioning and messaging in the Web3 and digital-asset ecosystem.
  • Oversee content production (articles, landing pages, social posts, product descriptions, investor-focused materials).
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice across all touchpoints.

3). Digital Growth & Analytics

  • Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, industry platforms).
  • Optimize funnels, track metrics, and report on ROI and channel effectiveness.
  • Drive organic visibility through SEO, Web3 communities, and thought leadership.

4). Community & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and crypto-native platforms.
  • Support event participation, AMAs, partnerships, and ecosystem growth initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry communities.

5). Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the CEO to translate business needs into marketing results.
  • Support product, sales, and operational teams with messaging, communications, and go-to-market deliverables.
  • Bring structure, creativity, and ownership into a growing marketing function.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in marketing within crypto, blockchain, fintech, or other innovative digital sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 communities, digital assets, and emerging technology ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to build marketing systems, campaigns, and content from scratch.
  • A hands-on, self-driven mindset - able to execute, iterate quickly, and solve problems with limited structure.
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and proactive personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and market conditions.
  • Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
