We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst specializing in document composition to support and manage strategic projects related to the design, management, and optimization of document solutions. You will be involved in requirements analysis, process modeling, team coordination, and full project cycle management. Your role will also entail advanced use of document composition tools, as well as regular interaction with diverse stakeholders to ensure the consistency, quality, and security of deliverables.

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a PM or BA role, ideally with a specialization in document composition
• Strong expertise in the solution Quadient Inspire
• High attention to detail, a sense of rigor, and absolute respect for confidentiality
• Ability to analyze needs, process modeling, and clear drafting
• Proficiency in at least one project management method (PMI, Scrum, Prince2, MS Project, Hermès, or equivalent)
• Excellent oral communication skills: ease with varied profiles, clarity in speech
• Ability to challenge interlocutors diplomatically and professionally
• Very strong written communication skills
• Comfort in teamwork and a collaborative attitude
• Proficiency in both French and English
