Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Consultant M365 parlant français et anglais.
Vos principales responsabilités :
Support technique et formation utilisateur
Rédiger des guides de résolution de problèmes et des procédures opérationnelles pour améliorer l'efficacité du support et réduire les délais de réponse.
Contribuer à la base de connaissances interne (technique et utilisateur) en ajoutant des solutions aux problèmes courants rencontrés dans les applications 365 (OneDrive/Sharepoint/Copilot/Office/…)
Former les utilisateurs sur les bonnes pratiques en élaborant des fiches pratiques et des articles du type « How To »
Fournir un support technique de niveau 2-3 aux utilisateurs internes en réponse aux tickets soumis, en assurant une communication claire et efficace
Identifier les besoins récurrents et proposer des solutions préventives pour réduire les incidents à long terme
Assurer le suivi, la gestion et l'optimisation des services M365 (Entra, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
Proposer et participer à la mise en place de nouvelle politique et stratégie Teams (meeting/call/messaging/applications/...), SharePoint Online (niveau de partage, gestion de permissions...), Gestion de OneDrive et des profils SharePoint Online, Entra (Access Review de Guest, Access Review groupe
Suivre la santé des services M365 via des routines et alerting à mettre en place et résoudre rapidement toute anomalie détectée dans l'infrastructure
Participer à l'industrialisation et supervision de process automatisée 365 (création d'équipes Teams, assignation de licences, invitations Guest user automatisées...)
Administration des comptes utilisateurs guest et des autorisations via le centre d'administration Microsoft 365 et Azure AD
Connaitre et prendre en compte les politiques de sécurité et des stratégies d'accès pour assurer l'environnement sécurisé pour les utilisateurs
Comprendre et mettre en place des stratégies/politiques visant 5000+ utilisateurs
Se tenir informé des nouveautés 365 et des mises en production opéré par Microsoft
Définir une approche sur des changes majeurs annoncés par Microsoft via des communications ciblés / accompagnements
Identifier des processus techniques internes défaillants et proposer des améliorations / remédiations
Pré-requis du posteVotre profil :
Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
Vous parlez français et anglais. L'allemand et ou le luxembourgeois sont un atout
Technical skills :
Elaboration et rédaction de documentations utilisateurs
Services M365 (Exchange online, Sharepoint online, OneDrive Teams, Entra ID, …)
Azure AD
Copilot 365
