Das Tax Reporting Umfeld für Manager Alternativer Investmentfonds ("AIFs") befindet sich in ständigem Wandel und wird immer kompetitiver und komplexer.

Der Trend der Digitalisierung in der Steuerberichterstattung wird zum Mainstream und hat die Erwartungen der Kunden, die Steuerdienstleistungen und die Herausforderungen für die in diesem Bereich tätigen Experten erheblich verändert.
Die Herausforderung, der wir uns gemeinsam mit Ihnen stellen wollen, ist die Standardisierung und Automatisierung der internationalen AIF Tax Reporting Prozesse, die durch die Vielfalt unterschiedlicher lokaler Steuergesetze gekennzeichnet sind.
Ihre nächste Herausforderung
- Industrie- und Steuerfachexpertise:
Erweitern Sie Ihr Wissen hinsichtlich Private Equity, Immobilien- und Infrastrukturfonds sowie hinsichtlich des internationalen Tax Reporting
- Team Management:
Managen Sie ein Team von Steuerexperten und leiten Sie durch den Tax Reporting Produktionsprozess
- Prozess- und Systementwicklung:
Konzipieren, spezifizieren, entwickeln, testen und pflegen Sie unsere marktführenden Tax Reporting Lösungen und arbeiten Sie mit den Pionieren auf diesem Gebiet
- Projekt- und Prozessmanagement:
Nutzen Sie Ihre Affinität zur betriebswirtschaftlichen Analyse und Ihre Problemlösungskompetenz und unterstützen Sie uns im Onboarding unserer Kunden und in der Erstellung des Tax Reporting für deren Kunden
- Internationale Steuerberatungskompetenz:
Unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden bei internationalen Steuerberatungsprojekten und helfen Sie unseren Kunden, ihre Investitionen und die Erwartungen der Investoren besser zu verstehen und zu erfüllen
Ihr Profil
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der luxemburgischen Fondsindustrie
- Einen Großteil Ihrer beruflichen Erfahrungen haben Sie im Tax Reporting (insbesondere Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz), in der Steuerberatung und in der Buchhaltung von Alternativen Investmentfonds verbracht
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von weniger erfahrenen Kollegen und Sie sind bereit Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen
- Sie sind bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Ihre Erfahrungen mit weniger erfahrenen Kollegen zu teilen
- Sie packen Dinge an, sind problemlösungsorientiert und schätzen unabhängiges, akkurates und detailorientiertes arbeiten
- Sie mögen den Umgang mit Kunden und Kundenorientierung ist für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Sie haben Interesse daran, Ihre Kenntnisse hinsichtlich der internationalen Fondsindustrie, Steuerregulierung und Finanzberichterstattung zu vertiefen
- Sie sprechen und schreiben Englisch und Deutsch fließend
