and Compliance.
As an intern/working student in our accounting department,
you will gain insights into…
- The preparation and compilation of daily accounting activities of our Luxembourgish companies
- The preparation of financial statements according to the Luxembourg accounting standard (Lux GAAP)
- Close cooperation with clients, auditing companies and lawyers
- Economic as well as legal aspects of existing corporate and tax structures in Luxembourg
As an intern/working student in our legal department,
you will gain insights into…
- Administering and filing of legal documents
- Gathering and organizing signatures
- Maintaining and updating share registers and databases
As in intern/working student in our compliance department,
you will gain insights into…
- Periodically reviewing existing policies and procedures
- Performing the due diligence on new clients
- Communicating effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in an university in the field of Business Administration, Economics or similar
- You are looking for an internship for a period of 6 months or a working student position with 15h/week for a minimum of 6 months
- You are eager to learn and motivated and would like to gain insights into the exciting world of the financial service sector
- You are comfortable working independently as well as in a team and you already have some knowledge of Excel
- You are fluent in English, German and/or French are an advantage
