We are looking for a
UX Designer
to help our client to scale his impact, elevate his design standards, and deliver better experiences to the users.

Missions

  • Collaborate closely with PO, business stakeholder & development teams
    to support the implementation of designs within agile setup, ensuring user needs and business goals translated into compelling design solutions and high-quality user experience.
  • Lead the design process with a user-centric approach, ensuring that all products and features align with customer expected outcomes.
  • Contribute to the design system by providing feedback and building new components or adapting existing ones to ensure homogeneity across all digital channels, to foster a cohesive brand identity and usage consistency.
  • Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design continuously through feedback.
  • Work across various platforms, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring consistency coherence and responsiveness of our software solutions

Profile

  • You have a bachelor / master Degree in IT
  • You have a significant experience as a UX Designer
  • You have a strong knowledge of
    Figma
  • You have a good understanding of the UX design process from research, concept, design, prototyping and user validation to implementation.
  • You have thorough knowledge in the field of interaction
    design, visual design and (low & high FID) prototyping.
  • You are familiar with design thinking methods is a plus.
  • Good communication/presentation skills and stakeholder management, with a structured and proactive and autonomous working style.
