We are currently looking for a motivated and driven
Chief Scientist
under a permanent contract.

Missions of the role

• Be recognized by customers, colleagues and peers as a trusted technology advisor for all subject matters related to LuxTrust technology, services and solutions.
• Provide Executive Committee with technical expertise and advise for matters related to:
• Company strategy,
• Technology driven decisions.
• Identify innovative ways to take business advantage of technology and move up the value ladder.
• Specify budget requirements to qualify innovative ideas.
• Help Sales, IT and Security departments sell, procure, plan and implement suitable products, services and solutions.
• Review technical specifications to make sure that they are:
• Aligned with company strategy and constraints,
• Feasible.
• Write requirements, architecture and complementary technical specifications for new services and solutions.
• Consult customers and prospects adopt and implement LuxTrust services and solutions.
• Generate paid consultancy when justifiable.
• Publish articles in in order to help LuxTrust become an opinion leader in its fields of activities.
• Help marketers:
• Publish tutorial and rich informational contents on the web site,
• Develop marketing collateral.
• Promote the company through speaking engagements at industry conferences.
• Advocate Sales interests in the CSP board.
• Carry out other duties as required.

Required skills

• Qualifications / diploma(s)
  : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Technical Competencies
  :

-      In-depth and broad knowledge of IT matters, security, PKI and electronic signatures

-      Outstanding technical skills and expertise

• Languages
  : French and English fluent. Any other language is an asset.
