What You'll Do
  • Run daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients.

  • Create and configure new reports to meet client and business needs.

  • Produce Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Management Information (MI) reports.

  • Prepare and collate Transfer Agency data for internal and external audit requests.

  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to review and improve reporting processes.

  • Support the wider team in resolving reporting-related queries and ensuring service excellence.

What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in Transfer Agency, Reporting, or Financial Services.

  • Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.

  • SQL knowledge required; Visual Basic skills an advantage.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Luxembourgish) are a plus.
