Why is this role open?

We're building our founding team. The Tidy Troupe is launching Luxembourg's premier home cleaning service in January/February 2026. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a company that's redefining premium home care in Luxembourg.

What you'll be doing:

Deliver exceptional cleaning services to premium residential clients on weekly and bi-weekly schedules

Follow detailed SOPs and checklists that ensure consistent, world-class results every time

Build lasting client relationships in Luxembourg's most desirable neighborhoods

Maintain high standards using professional-grade cleaning products and proven systems

Grow with the company from independent contractor to full-time team member

What we're looking for

Proven cleaning experience - You've done this before and have the skills to show for it

Own vehicle (SUV preferred for equipment transport, but not essential)

Own equipment & insurance preferred - We can provide supplies, but prefer professionals who come equipped

Fluent English is required - Our company operates primarily in English (French/Luxembourgish/German are valuable bonuses)

Legal right to work in Luxembourg

Reliability and attention to detail - You take pride in your work and show up consistently

Professional mindset - You understand this is premium service for premium clients

What's the pay?

€18-20/hour based on experience (well above Luxembourg minimum wage)

Paid commute - We cover kilometers from your home to client locations

Consistent, regular clients - Build your schedule with recurring appointments
