Votre mission : 

Sous la responsabilité d'un(e) Expert(e) du pôle Social Listening de l'agence et en collaboration avec les autres expertises, vous aurez pour mission le conseil et l'accompagnement de clients majeurs au sein de leurs secteurs d'activités (Banque, Agroalimentaire, Automobile, Petit Electroménager…) dans leur stratégie d'écoute du web.

  • Réalisation des livrables d'analyses des publications et conversations opérées sur le web sur des univers de marques et de marché (Alerting & Suivi de situation de crise, Production de newsletters et de rapports d'activité, Suivi de campagne de communication),

  • Community Management sensible sur les réseaux sociaux, forums, sites d'avis,

  • Réalisation d'études marketing (Audits de marques, de marchés, détection d'insights consommateurs).

Votre profil : 

  • Digital native, vous portez de l'intérêt pour l'ensemble des expertises gravitant autour du Social Listening : le Social Media, le SEO, le SEA, le content marketing,

  • Habile avec les chiffres, vous aimez fouiller dans un volume important de données pour en extraire des conclusions pertinentes, du conseil et des recommandations actionnables,

  • Doué(e) de qualités d'analyse et rédactionnelles, vous êtes à l'aise dans vos communications, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, en français comme en anglais – d'autres langues sont des plus.

  • Curieux(se), enthousiate, dynamique, rigoureux(se),
