Manpower Luxembourg recherche pour l'un de ses clients basé à Bissen :
Un(e)Support Administratif (H/F/X) :
Dynamique et polyvalent(e), le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) sera responsable de diverses tâches administratives afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement du bureau. Ce poste est proposé sous contrat hebdomadaire, offrant une grande flexibilité.
Job Description:
Gérer les appels téléphoniques et les courriels entrants
Organiser et planifier les rendez-vous et les réunions
Préparer et archiver les documents administratifs
Assurer la gestion des fournitures de bureau
Assister les différents départements dans leurs tâches quotidiennes
Accueillir et orienter les visiteurs
Candidate Profile:
Excellente maîtrise de l'allemand (ALL) et du français (FR)
La connaissance du luxembourgeois (LUX) est un atout
Bonnes compétences en communication et en organisation
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (MS Office, etc.)
Profil recherché :
Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire est un plus
Attitude positive et professionnelle
Flexibilité et capacité d'adaptation
