ResponsibilitiesAs Senior AML KYC Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams focused on onboarding, periodic reviews, and transaction monitoring.
- Take full ownership of the Periodic Review lifecycle to ensure strict adherence to regulatory deadlines.
- Act as the primary senior contact for clients, managing escalations for complex structures and high-risk matters.
- Partner with the Compliance Officer to adapt first-line procedures in line with evolving CSSF regulations.
- Oversee delegated activities and offshore operations to maintain robust governance frameworks across the group.
- Proven expertise as a Senior AML KYC Manager with at least 8 years of experience in the Luxembourg fund industry.
- Solid background in people management, demonstrating the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive operational excellence.
- Fluent in English; a strong command of German or French is considered a distinct advantage for this Senior AML KYC Manager position.
