The IT Support department is responsible for ensuring business applications run smoothly and efficiently across the organization. They handle user issues, troubleshoot software problems, implement updates and enhancements, and provide technical assistance to employees using business applications.

The team also monitors application performance, coordinates with vendors for support, and helps maintain documentation for the different software systems in use. They serve as a bridge between end-users and complex business applications, helping to maximize productivity and minimize disruption to business operations.

In order to support our team, we are looking for a Change and Release Manager on a permanent contract.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

  • Owning the Change & Release management procedures
  • Optimize Servicenow workflows and automation for Change management
  • Managing end-to-end change and release processes using ServiceNow ITSM
  • Building the IT Release Calendar
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software deployments
  • Follow-up the closure of changes and related incidents after the implementation
  • Communicate all key change plans, commitments, and release scopes and schedules
  • Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews and Business Go/No-Go reviews
  • Track key performance indicators and generate management reports

Job Requirements

  • Studies in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant experience in Change and Release management environment
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Fast learner and ability to quickly understand problems
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards new tasks
  • Process-oriented mind-set - Focus on quality services
  • Good organisation skills, team player and stress resilience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
