**Job Purpose**:
The Global Operations Lead - Treasury will be responsible for the delivery of global treasury services. These processes may include cash management, intercompany funding, insurance policy administration, bank reconciliations, payment processing, forecasting, and reporting.

**Job Duties**:

- Serve as enterprise global operations lead for in-scope treasury processes
- Global Operations Lead has Regional Operation Leads (Managers) as direct reports that are responsible for regional treasury services operation, process controls, regional continuous improvement, governance, and stakeholder management
- Provide end-to-end treasury services process management and oversight globally
- Partner and collaborate with the Managed Service Provider (MSP), as necessary, to drive effective operations
- Lead an international team of finance, accounting, and/or technology professionals responsible for the delivery of treasury finance services
- Identify and execute continuous improvement (CI) opportunities
- Ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
- Provide global treasury process reporting to appropriate stakeholders
- Establish and monitor customer satisfaction metrics and drive organization to meet targets
- Seek out opportunities for process simplification and standardization
- Increase automation, improve processes and drive operational excellence
- Manage risk and controls related to functional area

Internal partners to include worldwide Caterpillar teams such as Corporate Treasury, Consolidations, ME&T Business Units, Financial Products Division, Legal, Global Information Services, Dealer Services, etc. External contacts may include managed service providers and banks.
