Join a dynamic, human-sized Alternative Investment Fund Manager **(AIFM)** specializing in private equity and real estate. With **over 15 years of activity in Luxembourg**, we manage our own funds internally, boasting a diverse portfolio of international investments. Our client, an ambitious structure actively growing, comprising approximately **30 professionals working in a modern, open-space office environment.**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage fund accounting operations from A to Z for a portfolio of PE/RE clients
- Perform NAV calculations and waterfall calculations
- Prepare financial statements for PE/RE funds
- Process trades and cash incomes/payments
- Conduct cash reconciliation
- Collaborate closely with fund administration teams
- Work autonomously, demonstrating an ambitious mindset and passion for funds

**Senior Fund Accountant - Your profile**:

- Hold at least a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or similar
- Fluent in **English**. French or Italian is a plus.
- Minimum **4 years of experience in fund accounting**, preferably with PE/RE clients
- Strong understanding of NAV and waterfall calculations
- Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results
- ** Ambitious mindset and passion for the financial industry**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Bring outside ideas to help funds perform optimally
