Description
SECO Luxembourg est à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire de projets pour renforcer son équipe opérationnelle.
**Vos tâches**:
- Assurer l'organisation et le suivi des délais des interventions techniques
- Planifier et mettre à jour les rendez-vous des techniciens en coordination avec les clients
- Surveiller les missions pour garantir leur achèvement dans les délais impartis et le respect du budget
- Participer aux réunions techniques avec les administrations et les clients
- Préparer et analyser des tableaux de bord pour évaluer les performances, identifier les problèmes potentiels et proposer des améliorations
- Collaborer avec le département des ventes pour les offres et les commandes à venir.
- Assurer le suivi administratif des chantiers
- Rédiger et mettre en forme des courriers et des rapports
- Gérer les dossiers de projets (plateformes, tableaux, notes de chantier, etc.)
**Votre profil**:
- Formation achevée dans le domaine de la construction, de la logistique ou une qualification comparable
- Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office
- Capacité d'analyse précise avec un sens de l'essentiel et une approche orientée client
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes
- Excellentes capacités de communication
- Attitude rigoureuse, consciencieuse, discrète et confidentielle
