Are you eager gaining a first hands-on experience to work for an International Organisation having worldwide clients, infeurope has an interesting job opening which may fit in your career path. We are looking for an Administrative and Operational Assistant to work with one of our colleagues for an International Organisation in the field of supplier management. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Interface to Accounting**: Being the interface between the client, supplier and our internal accounting team. Preparing basic data for invoicing of the managed key accounts etc.
- **Information Management**: Manage the flow of information to ensure seamless coordination and operation of activities.
- **Coordination**: Facilitate coordination between the team and the internal departments.
**Minimum Requirements**
- **Language Proficiency**: C1 level in English is mandatory. French and German are not essential, however, advantageous.
- **Experience**:First experience in an administrative job. Having fun working with numbers (Excel knowledge is a pre-requisite).
