The University of Luxembourg is a multilingual and international research university and is seeking to appoint within the Service des Etudes et de la Vie Etudiante (SEVE) a Student officer. We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, conscientious, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Student officer to support the existing team. The recruited employee will be expected to provide highly responsible and professional services by taking care of administrative and organisational activities.

**Your Role...**:

- Provide day-to-day assistance and support to the admissions team and the team leader
- Management of registration / re-registration files and diplomas
- Monitoring, documenting and communicating information and data related to the student
- Front desk
- Ad hoc analysis (statistics)
- Managing specific tasks such as minutes of meeting, financial flows and follow up of complaints and conflicts
- Ensure the coordination of the tasks among the team and faculties
- Manage the list of the existing scholarships and the requests for those grants
- Managing procedures and documentation (e.g.: Accreditation of prior experiential learning)
- Supporting the improvement of the website and other IT systems used

**What we expect from you**:

- Bachelor's degree and/or first experience in a comparable role
- Very good knowledge of English and French (both spoken and written), German would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of proficiency in standard IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proactivity, reliability, open-mindedness and diplomacy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced international university environment
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural and multilingual environment
- Autonomy and ability to handle tasks from start to finish
