**Responsibilities**:
**YOUR ACTIVITIES**:
Ensure the administrative management of estate files, which mainly involves:
- detecting the monitoring of deaths (client, spouse, proxy) and carrying out the necessary actions for the follow-up of the assets and products of the deceased ;
- being in charge of relations and correspondence both with the beneficiaries and with intermediaries (notaries, lawyers, executors), in particular in order to obtain the documents required for the settlement of the estate;
- providing proactive support to account managers in the processing of estate files;
- preparing the declaration of assets to the Registration Office, as required by law;
- analysing the documents and liquidating the estate files, ensuring the correct transmission of the estate assets to the duly identified beneficiaries, in accordance with the applicable legal framework (national and/or international);
- verify the devolution of the estate and check the conformity of the operations with internal procedures; verify and execute the liquidation orders;
- Managing incidents and complaints, carrying out historical research and communicating the results to the relevant department.
Must Have Requirements
**YOUR SKILLS PROFILE**:
- Your level of education :_
