**About the Role**:
As the Global Customers Development Manager, based in our Global Headquarters in Luxembourg, you will be**responsible** for developing the Group **strategic** guidelines **as well as the tools and methodologies to drive the Business with our Customers** in our different geographical Areas and Sales Channels** (Modern Trade, eCommerce and Out of Home).
**Main Responsibilities**:
You will **develop and **design** a Customers’ development blueprint**, with its processes, KPIs and tools with the ultimate objective to make Ferrero the preferred supplier of its customer.
You will e**nsure the full adoption of the Customers' blueprint** partnering with Areas and Regions, priority focus will be given to Group’s strategic customer..
Partnering with the Area Sales Business Development, the Sales Channel and the Category Management teams, you will co-develop** the customer guidelines **for the strategic Customers of the Group, ensuring that **pricing, revenue and category management guidelines** are fully embedded. You will be also responsible to measure performances and propose corrective actions.
Additionally, you will be responsible to represent Customers' needs in terms of **sustainability** towards internal stakeholder as well to partner with Supply Chain to drive further improvements of order to cash process capabilities.
**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**:
- University Degree;
- Between 8 and 12 years of professional experience, ideally within a multinational company with a matrix organization;
- Successful past experience as Key Account Manager or Customer Marketing Manager;
- Sound knowledge of the FMCG sector;
- Team player, entrepreneurial spirit, and pro-active attitude;
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
**Languages**:
- English is mandatory, any other languages is a plus.
