Our client is an international industrial company whose commercial office highlighted today is based in Luxembourg (Kirchberg)

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Analytics.

Once the sale is concluded by the sales team, you are responsible for customer satisfaction and the smooth delivery of their order;
You manage the monitoring of operations with the teams in South America;
You are the contact for clients based in Europe, Asia and Africa;
You are responsible for administrative monitoring of customer needs and shipments;
**You are the ideal profile if**:
You speak fluent English. Portuguese and Spanish are real assets;
You have more than 5 years of experience in sales or logistics processes;
You are familiar with the SAP software editor;
You have already had experiences including letters of credit;
You are a very organized, proactive and communicative person
