**| Your challenges?**:

- Collaborate with the development team to design scalable and efficient systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing backend solutions.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, including Java, C++, C#, or Go.
- Familiarity with Python and JavaScript (Node.js).
- Experience with Linux-based environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL or NoSQL) is a plus.
- Previous experience in backend development roles.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Version control system expertise (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
