Hikma-Solutions is looking for a 'Senior Fund Accountant (M/F)' for one of its clients.
**Responsibilities**:
Managing the accounting of a complex range of funds, management companies, and associated fund structures, and communicating with clients and intermediaries as necessary.
Performing all aspects of accounting matters for a portfolio of fund structures, including the preparation, reconciliation, and verification of investor reports, statutory financial statements, ad-hoc investor queries, and NAV calculation.
Periodically preparing bank reconciliations and providing supporting documentation for transactions.
Maintaining the general ledger and sub-ledgers for various funds and investment vehicles.
Performing reconciliations and monitoring cash on a daily or weekly basis.
Assisting the team in preparing financial statements, footnotes, and partner capital statements.
Supporting the capital call and distribution process.
Assisting in the preparation of trial balances, working papers, and schedules.
Preparing payment instructions for investments, management fees, invoices, and investor payments.
Generating periodic reports and budgets.
Preparing financial statements with annexes.
Preparing tax provisions.
Preparing income tax and VAT returns, as well as tax computations.
Depositing accounts through eCDF.
Participating in the implementation of new processes and technologies to support new business initiatives, improve control, and increase operational efficiency.
Interacting with clients and client representatives.
Assisting the team in organizing, maintaining, and filing client/fund/SPV documents.
Preparing CSSF reports.
Handling routine audit queries.
**Required Profile**:
Successful experience in fiduciary work, preferably in Luxembourg.
Fluent in French (a plus).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Knowledge of Italian (a plus).
