**Role & Responsibilities**

As part of the centralized PMO team within the Strategy and Projects Section, you will have a pivotal role in supporting our agile transformation journey. You will guide and empower teams, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting and implementing Agile principles and practices. Facilitating the Agile mindset shift, promoting collaboration, and coaching teams for efficient and continuous value delivery.

**Tasks**
- Foster an agile mindset and promote a culture of collaboration, experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Identify areas of improvement and leverage agile techniques and approaches to enhance the smooth flow of internal value streams.
- Facilitate the moderation of lessons learned from completed projects and facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on various Agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Facilitate agile pilot projects by: o Guiding teams in selecting and effectively using agile tools and techniques for planning, estimating, tracking, and reporting. o Guiding agile ceremonies and practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement. o Defining and tracking agile metrics to measure team performance, progress, and the impact of agile adoption on organizational goals.
- Foster a community of practice for Agile practitioners within the organization, organizing knowledge-sharing sessions, meetups, and events.
- Contribute to other tasks in your expertise and according to the evolving needs of the Bank.

**Role Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar agile transformation role.
- Proven track record of successfully coaching teams and organizations in adopting and scaling agile methodologies at both team and organizational levels.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and practices, such as user stories, backlog management, and Agile estimation.
- Experience in the public sector, financial sector, or central bank is a plus.
- Relevant Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Agile Certified Coach (ACC), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), are considered advantageous.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French both written and spoken are mandatory. A good level of Luxembourgish or German is considered as an asset.
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or another relevant field of study.
