**_CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Project Manager, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg._**
**Your Missions**
- You manage projects from the **development** of the project charter to the **completion** of all activities
- You make **proposals** for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables
- You **guide** the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables, **follow-up** project execution
- You participate in functional **working groups** and progress meetings
- You prepare and maintain project and quality plans, track activities against the plan, and provide regular and **accurate reports**.
- You **estimate costs**, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project in adherence to the agreed terms of reference
- You **monitor results** including costs, timescales and resources used, and **take action** where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
- You provide **effective leadership** for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly develop their skills and experience
**Your profile**
- You have at least **4 years** **/ 8 years** of relevant professional experience
- You have a good level in **French** and in **English, **additional languages represent an asset
- You have a **Master’s** degree
- You are experienced with **Project Management**:
- You have excellent knowledge of **Project Management** **Tools **and** **Methodology**:
- You have practical experience in **reporting** to Steering Committees with representatives from the high management
- You are a **team player** who likes to work in an international environment
- You have excellent **organisational** skills
