En tant que Senior Associate - Fund & Real Estate legal, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le succès de l'entreprise, dans le cadre d'un contrat à durée indéterminée et d'une équipe dynamique et en pleine croissance d'experts en fonds.
**Description**
Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à:
- Travailler directement avec nos clients, analyser et interpréter les documents, les règlements et les procédures, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter:
- Les tâches juridiques et administratives quotidiennes pour les fonds
- Examen et rédaction des résolutions du conseil d'administration et des actionnaires et des documents connexes.
- Gestion du portefeuille de clients, y compris les aspects de conformité, KYC et AML.
- Gérer la communication quotidienne avec les clients pour toutes les questions relatives à l'entreprise et à l'administration, ainsi que la communication avec les tiers.
- Maintenir les fonds et les entités liées en règle sur le plan juridique.
- Liquidation des sociétés
- Participer activement à la croissance et au marketing de notre activité
- Participer en tant que membre essentiel de notre équipe et aider à maintenir notre solide réputation de fournisseur de premier plan de services de gestion de fonds et d'entreprises.
- Superviser le travail des associés et des associés juniors
**Profile**
Votre profil:
- Avoir un master en droit ou en études professionnelles.
- Vous avez 4 à 6 ans d'expérience professionnelle (entreprise ou fonds), une expérience dans l'industrie des fonds sera considérée comme un atout.
- Vous êtes centré(e) sur le client et vous vous concentrez de manière proactive sur ses besoins.
- Vous voulez réussir, évoluer, être mis au défi, lancer des défis aux autres et faire preuve d'engagement et d'appropriation.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en communication et vous travaillez bien au sein d'une équipe diversifiée.
- Avoir un esprit ouvert, du bon sens et une attitude positive.
- être ouvert à l'idée de recevoir et de fournir des informations en retour de la part de toutes les parties internes concernées afin de s'améliorer et de se développer davantage
- sont précis, flexibles, pragmatiques et donnent le meilleur d'eux-mêmes lorsqu'ils sont confrontés à des délais serrés
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l'anglais. Toute autre langue est un atout.
