Pour son département Finance, au sein de l’équipe des « Frais Généraux », ING Luxembourg recherche un(e) comptable pour un poste à durée indéterminée, à pourvoir dès que possible.
Votre Mission:
- La comptabilisation des factures fournisseurs (ainsi que le remboursement des fiches de frais) en s’assurant de l’exactitude de leurs affectations analytiques utilisées et de leurs instructions de paiement. L’établissement, la comptabilisation, et le suivi des paiements des factures clients.
- La comptabilisation d'opérations diverses en support aux différents métiers de la banque. La gestion comptable des immobilisations ainsi que le calcul des dotations d'amortissement. La réconciliation des comptes transitoires liés aux frais généraux.
- L’élaboration du résultat comptable mensuel en matière de coûts.
- La mise à disposition d’informations chiffrées aux départements de la banque pour toute question relative à la gestion des coûts.
- L'établissement de la déclaration de TVA mensuelle.
Votre profil:
- Formation : Bac +2/3 en comptabilité/finance
- Une expérience de quelques années dans une fonction similaire est un atout
Compétences:
- Rigueur dans son travail et respect des deadlines
- Esprit d’initiative
- Capacité rédactionnelle Flexibilité et adaptation
- Notions de base en matière de TVA
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques Excel et Access ; la connaissance de Business Objects est un plus.
- Le français et l’anglais sont indispensables.
