Dein Beitrag:

- Du entwickelst statistische Modelle (auch KI gestützte Verfahren) für fundierte Analysen von Pharmadaten und zur Gewinnung entscheidungsrelevanter Erkenntnisse
- Du arbeitest mit umfangreichen Datenpanels unter Nutzung von modernster Algorithmen zur Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen
- Du verantwortest das Projektmanagement für diverser Data Science Projekte
- Du bist zuständig von der Datenaufbereitung über die Modellentwicklung bis hin zur Implementierung in unsere Produktionsumgebung
- Dazu kommunizierst Du mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen, um Anforderungen zu konkretisieren und datengetriebene Lösungen zu entwickeln

Das bringst Du mit:

- Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Statistik, Ökonometrie oder Stochastik oder vergleichbare analytische Ausbildung
- Gute Programmierkenntnisse in R oder Python, versiert in Datenbankentwicklung und tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in Oracle PL/SQL
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Auffassungsgabe, ganzheitliche und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Level C1) in Wort und Schrift
