We are currently looking for a "Business Unit Assistant" in order to establish and maintain control and predictability on the financial performance of the unit as well as to support the leadership team in its daily management activities.

**Mission**:
Profit and loss management of Sopra Steria Luxembourg - supporting the Country Manager / Agency Director.

Monthly closing: reporting on total costs and total revenue statements, margin calculations, comparison of results with forecast and budget

Forecasting : 3 months rolling forecast of to be expected cost buckets, revenue and margin, comparison of forecast with the previous one and the budget.

Accounting activities of Sopra Steria Luxembourg:

- External and internal invoices control
- Billing, execution and follow-up : cash management
- Time recording of employees and contractors
- Expense claims of the employees
- Management and external contractors
- Supplier Management

Supporting the leadership team of Sopra Steria Luxembourg:

- Plan, participate, follow-up on leadership team meetings
- Organisational support

**Profile**:

- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a financial controlling role
- You want to be part of a growing organization with a hands-on leadership team and you are not afraid to pick up challenges
- You are fluent in English and French, German/Luxembourgish would be a plus
- You have a flexible, structured and customer-orientated personality
- You take on new tasks with commitment, conscientiousness and independence
- You have experience with customized financial reporting systems
