**Tasks**:

- Establishment and expansion of an own network in the venture capital ecosystem;
- Active scouting within defined investment fields;
- Evaluation of venture capital investment opportunities;
- Project management and negotiation of venture capital investments (initial and follow-on), exits;
- Investment management for portfolio companies;
- Regular reporting on the development of portfolio companies.

**Qualifications**:

- successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, law or comparable;
- several years (usually: > 3 years) of professional experience in a comparable environment (VC, PE, M&A);
- business fluent in English;
- communication and teamwork skills;
- independent and result-oriented way of working;
- working time spent at a ventures capital fund or a corporate venture capital unit advantageous;
- contacts to company founders or own experience with founding of a company is preferable;
- distinctive entrepreneurial and analytical thinking;
- high resilience and willingness to travel;
- very good knowledge of MS-Office;
- second foreign language (preferred: French, Spanish, Portuguese) is preferable.
