Teaching Coordinator - Luxembourg
Location: Remote with flexibility to work from Brussels or Luxembourg
Number of Positions: 5
Contract Type: Tender-based engagement
We are recruiting 5 Teaching Coordinators to assist in managing training delivery under a European-wide language programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules and teaching assignments for language instructors
- Monitor delivery standards and consistency across locations
- Act as the first point of contact for teaching staff
- Support project managers with training evaluations and continuous improvement plans
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of trainers
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant university degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in delivering adult language training both online and face to face
- Minimum 3 years experience in education or training coordination
- Strong planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in instructional design
- Fluency in English and French (CEFR level C1)
- Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus
Timeline:
