**Your career at Deutsche Börse Group**:
**Your area of work**:
The Corporate Governance Post-Trading section is responsible for the management of board and committee meetings and organizes corporate governance processes within Deutsche Börse Group. In your new position as a Corporate Governance Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to be part of a unit operating at the heart of a complex and vibrant business and gain an understanding of the relationships between Clearstream's management, boards, and its shareholders.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Independently support the organization and documentation of board and committee meetings
- Support the team on procedures, processes, and corporate governance topics such as the implementation of new rules and regulations
- Communicate and interface with different internal departments
- Independently support the team on ongoing corporate governance projects

**Your profile**:

- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree programme with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated within the past 6 months with a Bachelor's degree or similar
- Interest in Corporate Governance matters, with a basic understanding of Risk Management principles and regulatory trends in financial sector
- Precise and structured working style
- Interest in working in a diverse team
- Able to work in a project mode and think creatively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Perfect fluency in written and oral English is mandatory; French and German skills are helpful but not required.

Start date: 15 November 2024

Duration: 6 months full-time
