**Description du poste**:
**Votre Mission**:

- Vous analysez la documentation nécessaire à l'établissement d'un compte selon le type de client
- Vous paramétrez et actualisez les bases de données clients ;
- Vous effectuez le suivi des demandes et s'assurer de l'exactitude des informations ;
- Vous communiquez avec les clients/ investisseurs tant par téléphone que par voie électronique.

**Profil recherché**:
**Votre expérience professionnelle**:
Bac + 4 avec de préférence un diplôme supérieur en Droit des sociétés ou en Finance.

Expérience réussie dans le domaine du KYC d’au moins 4 ans notamment dans l’analyse des contreparties institutionnelles (connaissance des structures complexes, Trust, Private Equity).
- Connaissance de la législation AML/KYC en vigueur ainsi que les règles FATCA, AEOI,.
- Connaissance générale sur l'activité d'Agent de Transfer.
- Bonne connaissance de l'univers des fonds d'investissement
- Bonne aisance au niveau des outils informatiques en général (bureautique) et avec des grandes
- facilités d’adaptation aux outils informatiques de type professionnels

**Vos compétences personnelles**:

- Autonome, organisé et rigoureux
- Vous êtes réactif et faites preuve de capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
- Vous savez traiter plusieurs dossiers et projets en parallèle
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe, dans un environnement dynamique avec des échéances
- journalières et vous possédez une forte résistance face à des situations de stress,
- Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'initiative et possédez de très bonnes qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais, l'allemand et le français (écrit, oral et conversationnel).
