**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

A 12-month fixed term contract opportunity in Luxembourg reporting into the Head of continental Europe - CO for Distribution, the role will have three key areas of responsibility: 1. Business manager for the branch offices, 2. Support to the CO Distribution and 3. Executive assistant.

**What will you do?**

**Business Manager for the branches**
- Monitoring annual budgets, processing invoices
- HR - ensuring files are kept up-to-date, liaise with payroll providers, saving all agreements, sickness leave. Support joiners and leavers process
- IT & admin: setting up new team members with IT and admin requirements
- Maintain regulatory logs (or move to Compliance Lux tbd)
- Filing CSSF reports: SGOREP monthly and annually for Manco and each branch plus ad hoc questionnaires
- Administrator of the Luxtrust certificates for the Manco and each branch (renewing certificates, declaring them to the regulator )
- Writing 3 annual reports for the CSSF and CONSOB (activity of the branches, list of delegates, activity of the Italian branch)
- Filing of the CONSOB report
- Liaising with lawyers and/or directly filing the annual accounts for the branches
- Liaising with lawyers and/or directly filing any corporate changes (directors at Manco level, UBO/SMO ) for the branches

**Support to CO Distribution**
- Prepare the monthly CO reports and Quarterly QBM
- Organising and minuting the monthly branch meetings, monthly marketing communication meetings, bi-weekly distribution meetings
- Monitoring consumer duty, marketing communication, any regulatory updates for distribution
- Organising and minuting the European Exchange Forum and keep the EEx Sharepoint notebook updated

**Executive Assistant to the Head of Continental Europe - CO Distribution**:

- Process expenses and book travel
- Diary management

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must have**
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong attention to detail.
- Establishes and maintains good relationships and works effectively and cooperatively with others.
- Capacity to grasp new concepts/information quickly and adapt to changing work situations, as well as and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong project management / organizational skills are essential in order to effectively respond and prioritize tasks effectively in light of changing workloads, as is the ability to demonstrate rigorous attention to detail, and ability to produce quality work whilst meeting deadline.
- Detail orientated and competence in working independently with mínimal supervision and take ownership of tasks, as well as operate collaboratively to support team members on shared projects/team tasks.
- Strong project management / organizational skills are essential in order to effectively respond and prioritize tasks effectively in light of changing workloads, as is the ability to demonstrate rigorous attention to detail, and ability to produce quality work whilst meeting deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the Luxembourg and EU regulatory framework
- Legal background
- Excellent minute taking
- Excellent command of Pack Office and SharePoint
- Fluent in English
- Entrepreneurial and creative Excellent modelling capabilities
- Strong technical understanding of derivatives pricing
- Good technical knowledge of relevant derivative regulation - EMIR, RPI reform.
- A degree or equivalent in Law or Business

**Nice to have**
- SalesForce knowledge is desirable
- Additional European languages desirable
- Previous experience of business manager or CoSec in Luxembourg
