**Job Summary**:
As a Strategy Associate, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of ArcelorMittal within the highly competitive steel and mining market. Reporting directly to the Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the steel and mining industry. Monitor competitor activities and industry dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development of business cases and investment proposals for new projects, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and executive summaries for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering (Metallurgical/Materials/Mechanical) or related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred
- 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related field, with exposure to the steel and mining industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of financial analysis, Large Data modelling and statistical analysis knowledge is essential. Strategic mindset with a passion for problem-solving and driving organizational change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of steel and mining industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and global market dynamics is a plus.
