**Deputy Head of Documentation (M/F/d) (GIS / AutoCAD) in Luxembourg**:
On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Luxembourg we are looking for a Deputy Head of Documentation (M/F/d) for the GIS and AutoCAD tools.

Our client is an innovative, Luxembourg based corporation who is playing a key role in Luxembourg's energy transition.

Your mission is to set up a data quality management and user guides for the GIS and AutoCAD tools.

The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.

**Your tasks**:

- You will set up Best Practices for data quality management and ensure that they are followd
- You will support the drafting and updating of user guides for entering networks into the GIS software (Geographic Information System)
- You will train GIS users and guarantee ongoing support
- You will support the Documentation/Service team in drawing up the various plans for projects in the GIS and AutoCad tools
- You will ensure professional administration of the GIS tool, with regular updates, and the development of KPIs on the use and performance of the tool
- You will anticipate and identify technological advances and innovations

**Your profile**:

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in (Civil) Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in GIS and AutoCad tools
- Team spirit, motivation, flexibility and availability
- Fluent in French, German and English
