**Mission**

The objective is to provide the following services to our Customer, a well-known financial administration, located in Luxembourg:

- Event management
- Coordination of internal stakeholders and external providers

**Deliverables**

The Event Manager will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:

- Preparation and delivery of our Customer Annual Meeting every year (the first one under the Contract planned for June 2026)
- Preparation and organization of our Customer Shareholders’ Day every year (the first one under the Contract planned for Q3 2026)

**Technical skills**
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- University degree in business administration, events management or equivalent education
- Proven experience in event management at the international organisations or equivalent
- Proven experience in the coordination of logístical details in preparing high-level events
- Proven experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders

**Soft skills**
- Hands-on approach
- Attention to details
- Team player
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and react to unexpected changes
- Ability to form good working relationships with staff at all levels
- Good writing skills in English, with knowledge of French being desirable

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance contract
