Nous collaborons avec un groupe de conseil de renom qui accompagne les institutions bancaires dans leurs projets de transformation de la fonction risque et finance notamment. Avec une présence affirmée sur le marché luxembourgeois, notre client est en pleine expansion et se distingue par son approche innovante et des solutions sur mesure. Dans ce contexte il souhaite renforcer son équipe dirigeante locale et il nous a confié le recrutement d’un nouveau (Associate) Partner.

**Responsabilités**:
Au sein du Management Committee luxembourgeois, vous aurez pour principales missions:
**La gestion des relations avec les clients**: vous établirez et maintiendrez de solides relations de confiance pour accompagner vos clients sur les sujets complexes de gestion des risques et finance auxquels ils sont confrontés.

**Leadership d'équipe**: vous coacherez, encadrerez et motiverez une équipe de consultants expérimentés que vous ferez grandir tant d’un point de vue compétences qu’en taille d’effectif. Vous serez le relais de la culture d’entreprise collaborative et innovante, en encourageant la collaboration interne et l' excellence dans le service délivré aux clients.

**Développement des affaires**: vous identifierez de nouvelles opportunités de croissance commerciale en identifiant de nouveaux clients et en cross-fertilisant les relations existantes,

**Expertise sectorielle**: vous avez à cœur de vous tenir informé de l 'évolution de la réglementation, des tendances du marché et des risques émergents dans le secteur financier.

Vous contribuerez activement à la visibilité et la notoriété du cabinet en participant à des événements professionnels ciblés et en mettant en avant votre savoir-fair e dans le cadre de publication d’articles et de facilitation de conférences notamment.

**Innovation**: en vous appuyant sur les autres entités du groupe, vous aurez l’opportunité de proposer aux clients des solutions de conseil plus globales dans le cadre de leurs projets de transformation.

**Profil recherché**:
Master en Finance/ gestion ou assimilé.

Solide expérience (15 ans et plus) dans la gestion de projets et le conseil dans le secteur bancaire au Luxembourg avec un intérêt certain pour les sujets liés à la gestion des risques ou à la transformation de la fonction finance.

Vous avez démontré de réelles capacité s à faire grandir et à fédérer des équipe s dans une logique de performance.

Vous avez d’ excellentes compétences en communication, vous interagissez avec aisance avec les décideurs qui vous identifient comme un partenaire de confiance.

Vous justifiez d’un excellent niveau en français et en anglai s (écrit et parlé).

Vous estimez correspondre au profil recherché et vous souhaitez rejoindre une société de conseil reconnue pour son expertise et offrant une grande autonomie dans la gestion de votre périmètre ?
