**Quality Assurance Officer**:

**Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years in software quality assurance.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in Scrum.
- University degree (bachelor’s or higher) in an IT-oriented field.
- Additional experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, or similar is an asset.
**T-shaped Skillset**:
- **Deep Knowledge and Experience**:
- Scrum methodology
- Test management (ideally Azure DevOps)
- Databases (ideally MSSQL)
- REST API (ideally with Postman)
- Functional testing
- **Basic/Moderate Knowledge**:
- Banking sector (or credit cards/payment processes)
- System integration testing
- Test automation
- UAT execution and coordination
- **Advantages**:
- Non-functional testing
- Experience with Temenos Transact Core banking system
- ISTQB certification (foundational or advanced in Test analysis or agile testing)
- Experience with Azure Cosmos DB and/or Pega
