Compliance Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Day to day monitoring of the Compliance requirements.
- Ensuring the follow up and documenting, as necessary, of possible passive and open breaches.
- Keeping and maintaining up to date the Compliance records and the relevant documentation.
- Prepare the relevant Compliance monthly reports for the Senior Management, under the supervision of the Head of Department.
- Production of the quarterly UCITS and AIFM Compliance reporting in collaboration with the Head of Department.
**Requirements**:
- University degree.
- 2-3 years of experience within the fund industry.
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Italian is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to confidentiality.
- Pro-active, multi-tasking, and can-do attitude.
- Good knowledge of Office suite.
- Willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
- Experience within a ManCo, AIFM or Big4 is an advantage.
